Itty Bitty Botz

Sparkle N Sprinkle released fun stamp set named Itty Bitty Botz #681. I love those darling robots. They are perfect for a boy cards.

I used digi version DIGI681 on my card. I like that I can make the image as big as I need.

Image is colored with markers. Then I colored it over with VersaMarker Pen and added Clear Detail EP on top and heated with a heat tool. EP gives a nice gloss to the robot and works as a fantastic mask while inking the background. I made a hand cut cloud template and inked the clouds behind the robot.

All the matting layers are cut from white cardstock. I heat embossed the edges with Red Apple  EP.

Added rhinestones was clear at first. They are colored with markers to match with rest of the card.

That's it! A simple card for a birthday boy.

Materials used:
Stamp Credits: Itty Bitty Bots #681
Embossing Powders: Clear Detail (EP120), Red Apple  (EP276)

Inks: Memento (Summer Sky); VersaMarker PenVersaMark Inkpad
Adhesives: Foam Tape;
Dies: Spellbinders (Label Twenty-One);
Coloring Medium:  Promarkers, Flexmarkers;
Embellishments: Clear Rhinestones;

Christmas Ornaments on a card

There are only 349 days until Christmas. It's never too early to start with Christmas cards.

I used Die-Versions Holiday Icon Ornaments dies, Sticker Paper  and glitters (Reflection, Lacy Lilac and Waterfall.

Before removing the die-cut from the die I adhered tape to the back side. It kept all pieces in their places until I glued a circle behind the ornament.

All ornaments are covered with Versamark ink and heat embossed with Super Thick Clear EP. I didn't want the glitter to be stuck to the ink pad, so I added Versamark ink to the plastic sheet and then smudged the ornament to it.

The branch is cut with a die from Spellbinders Cherry Blossoms set out of White CS. It is inked with Tea Dye Distress Ink. After ornaments was attached to the branch with silver twine, I added Dimensional Glue and Cloud Nine Glitter to the branch and the ornaments.

For the snowflake background I used Sticker Paper and Cloud Nine Glitter. After the glitter was added to the Sticker Paper I used embossing folder to press the snowflakes pattern to it. Matting layer edges was covered with 1/8" Double Sided "Tear-ific" Tape and Reflection Glitter.

(Tip: if you have a problem with a particular link, try clicking on the person's blog title to send you to their Home page.)

This little animal from The Collector set is so cute and fun to color. I used digi version DIGI682 on my card. If your last year New Year resolution was loosing weight and it wasn't successful, here's the perfect sentiment for you :)

I added a bit of  Dimensional Glue to his nose. This glue dries clear and remains dimensional.

For embellishments I used some blue buttons.

Edges of the matting layers are covered with 1/8" Double Sided "Tear-ific" Tape and two different glitters: Cobalt Glaze and Purple Rain.

I also added some green die cut leaves next to this adorable furball.

Don't forget to leave a comment with each Designer to be eligible for the Grand Prize.  We love reading your comments and hope we have inspired you as well.  If you absolutely can not leave a comment for some reason, please email icinganne@yahoo.com with your comment and the name of the blog or Designer you are commenting about.
